ORDERING FROM THIS SITE:

I WANT TO ORDER & I KNOW THE FINGER SIZE

If this is the case then please select the correct size from the drop down on the product page. The size options are from the ‘British’ system – if you are using another system then please consult the table at the bottom of the page to determine the size to select. We may have to charge for resizing a ring. Please contact us if you need some assistance.

I WANT TO ORDER & I DONT KNOW THE FINGER SIZE

If this is the case, then please select any option from the finger size drop down but add a message to the order or contact us after and state that you need to discuss the finger size. Once your order has been confirmed we will contact you about how we can ascertain the correct size. This can be done in a number of ways (See the article below) including sending samples and we will be happy to help you with this.

tHE ART OF SECRETLY DETERMINING THE FINGER SIZE OF YOUR GIRLFRIEND FOR A SURPRISE ENAGEMENT RING!

Planning a surprise engagement is a heartfelt endeavour that requires careful thought and preparation, and one of the most crucial aspects is finding the perfect engagement ring. However, determining your girlfriend’s ring size without arousing suspicion can be quite the challenge. Fear not, as we’re here with our trusty and inspired ring size guide to offer some creative and discreet ways to accomplish this mission.

1. The Stealthy Observer Approach

Pay close attention to the rings she already wears. Sneak a peek
at the rings she wears on her ring finger, right hand, or the middle finger of her left hand. Try to choose a ring that she wears on her ring finger, as this is most likely to be the correct size for an engagement ring. Steal this ring and discuss with your jeweller!

2. The Collaborative Friend Strategy

Enlist the help of one of her close friends or family members. They might have an idea about her ring size or can subtly bring up the topic in conversation without giving away the surprise. Just ensure that the confidant is trustworthy and can keep the secret.

3. The Imaginary Gift Excuse

Casually mention that you’re thinking of buying a ring for your mother or sister and ask her if she’d like to help you choose it. Take her to a jewellery store and have her try on some rings. While you’re there, suggest that she tries on a few herself, which can give you a good idea of her ring size. Poker face required!

4. The Multifaceted Tracing Technique

Get creative with some arts and crafts. Borrow one of her rings and place it on a piece of paper. Carefully trace both the inside and outside of the ring to create an accurate measurement. Repeat this process several times to ensure consistency, and then take the paper to a jeweller for sizing.

5. THE TECH-SAVVY SOLUTION

If she’s into technology, consider using a virtual ring sizer app. These apps allow you to take a picture of one of her rings and determine the size using measurements and algorithms. Just make sure she doesn’t come across the app on your phone.

6. ALCOHOL

This is my favourite although no one has gone with it as an option yet: Encourage your girlfriend to drink enough alcohol that she will at some point be in a very, very deep sleep. Whilst she is asleep, you bring out the ring size gauges you have been kindly lent by your jewellery designer, and see which ones fit her sleepy finger! Remember to not consume the same amount of alcohol. It now feels like an opportune moment to say click the following link for advice on responsible drinking!
