Returns and Exchanges

Whereas we hope that your Andrew Geoghegan jewellery meets your expectations, we are able to accept returns for exchange or a credit note within 14 days from the delivery date. This is only valid when the piece is unworn and undamaged and there may be a re-stocking charge applied at the discretion of Andrew Geoghegan. Pieces which are personalised (bespoke or/and engraved), a sale/clearance/auction item or earrings (due to hygiene reasons) are non-refundable. All items must be returned in the original packaging.

Please contact us if you wish to return/exchange your jewellery.

Faulty items with a manufacturing fault must be returned within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
