Returns and Exchanges

Whereas we hope that your Andrew Geoghegan jewellery meets your expectations, we are able to accept returns for exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. This is only valid when the piece is unworn and undamaged. Pieces which are personalised (bespoke or/and engraved), a sale/clearance item or earrings (due to hygiene reasons) are non-refundable. All items must be returned in the original packaging.

Please contact us if you wish to return/exchange your jewellery.

Faulty items with a manufacturing fault must be returned within a period of 6 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
